Company Overview

PT Catering started out as an idea, an idea that turned out to be the best investment that Phuong Tran has made. She and her husband, Tho Tran, took that idea, added some money and skills and turned the company into an expanding business. Even today, PT Catering is still growing and does not look like it will be stopping any time soon. The list of clientèle is getting longer and the menu is getting bigger with more food items. Even though the company has only been open for a few years, the 17 years of industry experience that each person has will prove to be beneficial in the long run.

It all started years ago, when both were employed at Metropolis American Grill located in Westport. along side their right hand men, Michael Sherwin and Roger Dodson. The crew worked the lunch shift each day and also did catering for the restaurant. Then suddenly, after 15 years of steady business, Metropolis was closed forcing Phuong, Tho, Michael, and Roger to find a different line of work. That is when Phuong had the idea of starting a personal catering company which brings us to today.
